In a perfect world, what would enhance the work day/week of the average woman?

Rethinking Womens’ Optimal Health

In my opinion, optimal health has to do with the most desirable outcome or state of being in a holistic fashion. In other words, basic health for women does not only include good physical and nutritional health, but the overall well-being of women, including mental, emotional, social, financial and spiritual well-being.

My question is: How do Today’s women gain optimal health?
